I tried to remedy this situation by emailing a TripAdvisor/La Vacanza Travel representative before posting this bad review but my emails were returned with nothing but excuses that made absolutely no sense and multiple requests for a refund for failed tour promises was denied. "Lowest Price Guarantee” - LIES! They advertised for $112pp, not until the end of booking process to they all you it's in USD. We were charged an enormous USD $225.66 for 2 people which equates to $336.66 AUD for 2 people. “Good for avoiding crowds” - LIES! Crammed into a boat with 25 guests and 4 instructors. The first half of the day is driving around from crowded photo spot to photo spot, literally following the crowds. It's not much fun snorkelling around in fithy water while another 24 flap around you. “Expert snorkelling instructor” - if you call getting shouted at to jump on and off the boat as fast as you can because ... "we're running out of time", "no time for 3 spots", " Quick!! Hurry!! Prepare NOW!! The Manta ray Won't waitttt!!!" “This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travellers” - Lies, Lies, Lies!!!! There were 25 people on our big boat, where all of the pretty pictures advertise a smaller boat, without warning we were crammed shoulder to shoulder like sardines into a big boat. So much for ... “This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travellers”.
