First to say it was my first dive and I was nervous. JoJo was my dive master and he showed great patience and made sure I was comfortable before moving to deeper water. Also mask with prescription are available and Gopros can be rented. Overall a memorable highlight of Bali. Hoping to come back and try the PADI course with Neptune.

My sister and I signed up for the Tulamben wreck dive with Neptune and it was the highlight of our Bali trip. My sister had never scuba dived before and I have the PADI certificate, so we got to experience Neptune as both a novice and experienced. What really stands out is the incredible service of the Neptune staff. From the second they picked us up from the hotel till we left, they went above and beyond. These people included, but were not limited, to our great and calm instructor (Bono), who took us through the diving lessons and highlighted different stuff during the dive, including finding us a turtle, barracuda and loads of other stuff. The booking person Yoga was also excellent in coordinating everything and when our GoPro wasn't working he even fixed that for us and downloaded all of our photos at the Neptune site. Though the visibility on the day wasn't great and the drive to the site is 2.5 hours long, it didn't matter, because we has such a great time. I'd recommend Neptune to anyone looking to dive in Bali.

My wife and I did the discover scuba trip to Tulamben because I wanted to see the Liberty wreck. All the staff at Neptune were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we got there we were offered refreshments, and all the staff treated us like friends. They have a great patio out back with a bar area, tables, chairs, a couch, and tv. Our dive instructor held a brief pool session with us since we were not open water certified, then we loaded up and headed to Tulamben. We did two 40 minute dives in Tulamben, the first was at the wreck site which was incredible to see, and the second was along a coral reef which was beautiful. We saw many colorful corals, schools of fish, and even a sea turtle. There's certainly no feeling like looking up and realizing you're 30 meters underwater. This trip definitely left my wife and I with the diving bug, and we're looking at getting PADI open water certified for our next vacation. After diving, we got lunch at a small beachfront restaurant in Tulamben, then returned to the patio at the dive shop. Upon our return, we were offered a delicious meatball and won ton soup, and plenty of cold drinks, including beer. All the employees were just walking around interacting with everyone like a bunch of friends at a party. We stayed there for a couple hours hanging out, and nobody was trying to rush us away, everybody just kept having some drinks and relaxing. It was a great way to end the day. I would recommend Neptune to anyone looking for a fun diving adventure in Bali.

This place was built from the ground up by a couple, and has a pool for you to practice in prior to your dive. My instructor Audi was wonderful and a lot of fun. He answered all of my questions, which were a lot because I like to learn about things, and then he didn't leave my side during the entire dive. The only thing I had issue with it that I was the only person/woman doing this dive and while Audi was great, I felt very uncomfortable due to the amount of people not doing anything in the morning and just standing around watching. Then the same situation with the dive site. This would be a great place for a few beginners to dive with, but as someone who is traveling alone it wasn't very enjoyable.
