Good experience overall. Driver Budiana was good, on time and friendly. Instructor Marcus was very cheerful and helpful. Photo service could have been better as they only took pictures at the end of the rafting where there was not much current.

Water and rafting and lunch were great. Wonderful guide. It would have been nice to know it was 300 steps steps down to the river and 200 steep steps back up. A killer on the legs...

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication beforehand. Experienced and entertaining guide with whom we felt in safe hands. We had life jackets, helmets and a good safety briefing. The river is not too rough or fast flowing even after heavy rainfall but definitely thrilling enough for most! Beautiful 2 hour trip along the river, stunning scenery, about 10 waterfalls (I lost count) one of which you stop at to swim. Lots of people mention the steps - 400 down, 250 up I think but definitely manageable if you are treasonably fit and able. Wonderful experience and good company.

Rafting was an awesome time,definitely worth it! Our driver was super friendly and took us up to see a temple after the rafting.
