Mountain Goat was a phenomenal experience from the very first phone call with Becca, right to the last of the lakes on the bus with the wonderful Mark! Becca helped us find a place to stay, answered any question, the bed-and-breakfast she recommended (Jerichos) was fantastic, and the tour itself was not only spectacular in beauty and scenery, but Mark was so knowledgable and interesting and helpful and a superb driver in very challenging terrain. PS You’re going to stay in the area… Consider staying at Ambleside (where Mountain Goat also does pick ups)rather than Windermere — Windermere is a cute but very small town whereas Ambleside is hopping with interesting things. Very highly recommended!

Mark was so fun as a tour guide. He is very funny, knowledgeable, and overall awsome to be there. We had so much fun, and I can’t recommend him enough.

Tim was above and beyond expectations. Passionate to give the very best information and at the same time a "mother hen" looking after his charges. Exceptional, in a word. Mal and Gaye
