WINTER EDITION
On this trip:
-As a tour guide, I'll tell you stories about the area and you will get tips on what to see in the next days.
-We're gonna have amazing fun on sledging safari (around 1,5h). I'll explain you how to safely steer the sledge with some sledding techniques. They can be fast!
-We gonna discuss and try 7 the best swiss chocolates.

Our sledge run is long and perfect for beginners, children, but also for those who like a bit of speed. So it's FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. It's a very fun way to discover the true beauty of Swiss landscapes.

Later we'll stop in a scenic spot to start our culinary experience - SWISS CHOCOLATE DEGUSTATION: 7 best chocolates from diffrent brands.

Our tour will end in Holenstein station as it's very easy to return to Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen.

Now that you are confired sledgers, you can go down this route again or take a faster run.

I would like to show you amazing view point, just next to our meeting point. Where we gonna have opportunity to see few amazing spots, which deffinetly I would advice you to visit - Lauterbrunnen valley and famous Mürren and Schiltorn (place of James Bond movie production).

You're probably wondering how it happened that such a famous production as James Bond was filmed here? Well, I'll tell you when we meet.

Stop At: Maennlichen, Mannlichen, Grindelwald 3818 Switzerland

Switzerland is the only country in Europe where sledding is a serious matter and fun not only for children. This is where we have the most sledding runs in Europe, and from Grindelwald First you can take the longest run in Europe - 7.8 miles (12.5 km).
Sledding can also be very fast (up to 50mph), full of adrenaline, but also very slow, where you can relax and admire the views - it all depends how you feel about it. I would be assisting you all the way down.

Please make sure you read all the information, especially if there are children.
* KIDS - Minimum age for kids: 6 yo. with obligatory helmet (easy to rent in every Intersport, even in meeting point there is one Intersport).
Young kids can safely ride with me on my sledges, so they would be absolutely safe and happy :)

After an exciting and fun on sledges, we will stop in my scenic secret spot for a small break and to start our culinary experience - SWISS CHOCOLATE DEGUSTATION.

I will present you with a selection of the 7 best Swiss chocolates from various brands, which we will discuss and taste.

Weronika was very informative. She gave us a lot of history that we would never obtain elsewhere. The hike was gorgeous, of course. Beyond that, we had a really good time chatting with her and the other guest on the trip. She also gave us a recommendation for one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Overall, she was very kind, thoughtful, and the experience was great!

This is an amazing hike through the country, along with some of the most amazing views as well. Weronika was so knowlogable about the area that it was very interesting to learn about the way others live in this world. If you have a few hours with nothing to do, I highly suggest booking with Weronika, as you won’t be disappointed!!

Absolutely incredible experience. There are no words I can use to even explain how amazing this opportunity was! Weronika is so knowledgeable on Switzerland and was able to give such a detailed tour. The hike itself was absolutely breathtaking and we were able to buy local cheese and ice cream from a local farm stand. Visiting Switzerland has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would have never been able to experience the culture of Switzerland without this tour. Thank you so much Weronika! I will definitely be back to Wengen! I will remember this day forever.

Booked the trip last minute and was a solo guest. I appreciate Weronika’s flexibility in accommodating my interests. Great conversation learning about the area! Loved seeing the older part of Wengen and walking by all the farms. Stunning views and nice to get away from the crowds. Cheese tasting at the end was sooo delicious!

We had a fantastic time on the hike and we even were able to see the Cows coming Home in Wengen. The introduction to Raclette cheese class was delicious. We had a wonderful time learning about Wengen and the local farms.
