An absolutely fabulous day out with Gary Friday, the perfect host for such a tour. He had an encyclopaedic knowledge of his subject and all kinds of insights into the filming of PB, the choice of the locations and the national history which was so much a part of the series itself. He also took the trouble to get to know everyone and kept us all amused for 8 hours. We visited filming locations in Liverpool centre, Ellesmere Port, Castlegate, Manchester centre and Fairfields finishing with the chapel in Tabley where Tommy and Grace married. A very friendly group of people on the tour, all ages and from all parts of the UK and several from Europe who had travelled specially for the tour. We were all taken by surprise in the Tabley Chapel when Vincente, a charming young Spanish chap went down on one knee to propose to his lovely girlfriend! She accepted (of course!) and we celebrated in the adjacent tea-room with a cream tea, led by Gary in a tea-cup toast to the happy couple . All in all a great day and an absolute must for anyone who appreciates the excellence of the Peaky Blinders story.

Second time with Garry Friday and Peaky Blinders. This tour was fantastic. Everything was timed perfectly, the cream tea was delicious, the coach driver was lovely. But the real star of the show was Gary Friday. Knowledgeable, charming, hilarious! We loved him!! He knew every detail about every location, facts you wouldn't even expect, facts about Liverpool, facts about the peaky blinders. FIVE STARS ady. Watch for next year tour with new locations

Where to start... This tour was fantastic. Everything was timed perfectly, the cream tea was delicious, Paul the coach driver was lovely. But the real star of the show was Gary Friday. Knowledgeable, charming, hilarious! We loved him!! He knew every detail about every location, facts you wouldn't even expect, facts about Liverpool, facts about the peaky blinders. He made the tour fun, and knew everyone's names within minutes. We'll definitely be rebooking another tour soon. What an asset to Liverpool and to this tour.

When we booked both the full day and half day tour for the same weekend I was a little concerned it would be too much. I couldn't have been more wrong! We were lucky enough to have the same incredible tour guide, Gary Friday. This guy just makes the tours so interesting and we had such a laugh. I can't recommend these tours highly enough -a definite must when visiting Liverpool. Thank you Gary Friday and Brit Movie Tours.
