Overview

We offer half day Indonesian cooking classes. MONDAY TO SATURDAY. Classes consist of a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 6 people.

Cooking Class Schedule :
Start from 13:00 PM to 16:00 PM (every Monday to Saturday). Pickup time from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM
Experience the different flavor of “Indonesian cuisine” and learn about the local products.
From spicy local “Lombok food” with hot chilies and herbs to the sweetness of Javanese food made with fresh coconut milk, palm sugar and peanuts. Discover the unique flavors and fruity sourness of lime, lemongrass and tamarind.
A sample of dishes see below:
– Sate Ayam ( Chicken Satay )
– Perkedel Jagung ( Corn Fritters )
– Pepes Ikan ( Fish in Banana Leaf )
– Lombok Kari ( Curry Chicken, Fish or Veggies )
– Lombok Soto Ayam ( Chicken Soto )
– Cumi Balado ( Spicy Squid )
– Dadar Gulung ( Rolled Pancake )
– Kue Bugis Mandi

- Walk in tour at Vegetable Garden in our "Little Eden"

• Lombok Chicken Curry - Available also for vegetarian curry
• Chicken Satay - Available also for vegetarian satay ( ex. Tempeh Satay )
• Steamed or Grilled Fish in Banana Leaf - Available also for vegetarian
• Corn Fritters - Available also for Gluten Intolerant
• Green Rolled Pancake / Dadar Gulung - One of Indonesian favourite traditional snacks, served after main course. Free dessert can be change depend on what is available on that day

    We are group of 12 and we enjoy each moment ,first tour start with visit to garden we collect all the ingredient , we start cooking and we create 20 original Indonesia dishes,food was fantastik Dewi salma muktar is very passionate chefs . This activity is the hidden gem of Lombok

    We done 4 hours cooking class and garden tour , probably the best culinary experience all ingredients from the garden fresh Dewi help us a lot ,the Group we join was another 10 people we make 18 dishes. Thank you Dewi for amazing experience

    Thank you so much to the beautiful people who supported me through my cooking journey today. From the garden tour to the explanation of the ingredients as well as helping out when my arms hurt with the mortar and pestle. 😂😂 Fanstastic English skills, kind and generous people who’ve set up a wonderfully clean and tidy establishment towelcomes in tourists to prepare and cook deliciously authentic Indonesian cuisine. ❤️

    We had a fantastic time at the cooking class and garden tour! The garden was beautiful and we learned so much about the plants - even used many plants in the cooking class. The class was incredible! We made a variety of Indonesian dishes and it was all so tasty - we even get to take the leftovers away! So fun!
