We booked our airport transfer in early July for a mid-morning international arrival. We did not want to wait in the pickup line especially since we were traveling with two elderly family members. There was a glitch with our pickup due to a transit job action. I called the company and they were trying to work out a driver for us. I offered to just cancel the service and take a black cab since we did not really want to delay any longer. The company was great. Although the mix up was beyond their control (and I certainly understand the problems arise when traveling) they responded quickly to my phone calls. Patrick Egwu himself phoned me within the hour to apologize for the delay and our costs were refunded--literally within minutes. I know this is an odd review since we did NOT end up taking the company's car service but it was so refreshing to have a company work with us to resolve issues beyond their control and to have the owner of the company so responsive to the customer. His attentiveness to a "non-customer" is remarkable. I can see why the company has such great reviews Awesome service. Will absolutely use them the next time we are in town.

A little luxury in Covid times, I decided to take a taxi to Heathrow airport rather than the good old tube. The taxi was early: an immaculate Audi A8 as requested. The drive from central London to Heathrow for once was not an unpleasant but necessary wait before the adventure starts, but an integral part of a relaxing holiday. I hope the rest of the holiday goes equally well, otherwise my next holiday might just be being driven around by Jamid, the driver.

First time I traveled to London from NEW YORK. Best Chauffeur services. Chauffeur met me at the baggage claim and he took good care of my luggage and loaded in the car. He also opened the door for me. Luxury car with hospitality bottle of water. Very nice and kind chauffeur. I extend the booking for 3 days because of good care of me and chauffeur is aware of his surroundings.
