An excellent tour for our family. We stayed on the whole route as Joe, our live guide, was very engaging and entertaining. We all learned loads while seeing the highlights of the city. A special thanks to Gokhan for the safe driving.

Loved this! Really nice way to see London. Our live guide George, made the trip really interesting and enjoyable. His knowledge of the city and it's history was really good to listen to. Definitely recommend. Take a jacket and hat on a cold day. The buses do have an undercover section at the front of the top deck. The hop on/off feature was great. We were able to stop at Buckingham Palace, take a look around and then hop on the next bus, to take us back to the London Eye.

The drivers did not know much information regarding the stops and routes. We were given a map and headphones when we got on the bus. Pick up time was fine. However there was times we were waiting for a long period of time for a bus to arrive. The best part was that there was no evening drop off service and we ended up having to pay to get a ride back to our hotel. According to the map 17:56 was the first bus back to our place and last bus was 20.52 (green route). One driver told us there is no green route so not sure why it’s on the map then? We were at the correct stop waiting on a bus for drop off back to the hotel and it never came. We contacted the company at 6pm and they said all the buses were heading back the garages. Ok so then why put 8:52 for the last bus on the map when it doesn’t exist. I was not very impressed. I much rather would have rode the subway to places because 1 it is cheaper and 2 it doesn’t just abandon me on the side of the road.

Great tour! Jay was funny and knowledgeable! Would definitely come again! Buses were clean and the seats were very comfortable. My 8 year old daughter learned a lot and it kept her interest.

They just drove straight passed as we stood waiting in their nominated pickup point. One of their own drivers then tried to flag down the driver as it went round an island and drove back towards us and even then the driver just ignored the request. Treated like trash and left at the side of the road , left as it got dark. This company needs to start carrying about their customers who have payed good money for a service and ensure all their employees follow the basics of customer care. Disappointed that we had to find our own way back to get on a train at our addition cost on the tube. Avoid this company at all costs until they learn to care!
