Experience the art of pairing between gourmet food and fine wine in the comfort of a private and luxurious lounge.
We will explore different elements of food and wine pairing (e.g. textures, flavours, etc.) through a series of classic pairings as well as some innovative pairings, which were proven successful in previous experiences. We will taste a selection of artisanal cheeses and dry-aged hams. Fresh oysters may be provided depending on the number of people booking and availability.
As a certified wine educator, I will also hand-pick several bottles from renowned wine regions. I will give an introduction about the winemaking and wine tasting process. I will then proceed to share about today's wine pairing theme, which may be reds, whites, sparkling or a specific winemaking region. In total, we will taste from 3-4 pairings which you can bring home at the end of the experience. Tasting notes will be provided. We will ensure that you leave with sophisticated knowledge of food and wine pairing, and a discerning palate of taste.
