You will be greeted by the driver at arrival, with your name displayed on a board.
Flights are monitored and the driver's details will be provided in advance.
Please select your preferred pick-up time allowing approximately 30 minutes to clear Passport Control and baggage claim.
When going to the airport, it is recommended to select your pick-up time at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
Booking the wrong vehicle type may result in nonrefundable late cancellations.
Waiting charges: The first 15 minutes after your selected pick-up time are free, after that waiting charges may apply.
• Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.
