Awful experience! Not worth £5.... nevermind the £40 charged! 'English speaking tour guide' who could not speak English. Amateurish from start to finish. Zero value for money. Customer Service rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Do not waste your money with this company!

Sorry this was extremely disappointing. The bus was to hot, the air conditioning turned up so loud to cool us down couldn't hear the commentary. The blue lights to light up the Interior of the bus meant we couldn't take any pictures outside from the windows as the lights reflected. First time to London on Christmas Eve I was expecting front row seats to the lights or at least some local knowledge. The best thing about the tour was the Church where Di and Charles were married we could get put of the bus. A toilet stop would have been great. I was so looking forward to this and all I wanted to do was get off. Then we were stuck in the traffic for Christmas Eve,some forward planning could have avoided this.

The tour guide and entire experience was amazing!!! We got information on the history of Christmas lights in some of London’s most iconic areas and were treated to a bottle of mulled wine!

Tour was in a coach Bus, I was under the impression with the title Illuminations it would be a double decker w/ an open top for photos, but it was more of a history lesson on London. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
