In my opinion that is absolute waste of time. The group was too big to be managed by one guide. You do not have time to take pictures. If you stop for a few seconds you need to run to get back to the group. That is what happened with us. I stopped for some time to take a couple of pictures. When we managed to catch the guide, she had already finished explaining, probably, the next steps. Then she just vanished. That made the remaining time of the day perfect. 😁
Apparently the tour was cancelled due to some protests in London that day. I was not contacted by the tour company so I showed up at the meeting place before the designated time. When I didn't see anyone else around the area waiting for a tour, I sent a message asking about it and the response was that it had been canceled due to protesting going on in London. Sure would have loved a head-ups on it so I didn't spend 20+ min riding the Tube from Chelsea for nothing.
This tour was amazing. So insightful, thoughtful and saw some amazing sights. The guide (Annabell) was perfect - so sweet, friendly, accommodating and so knowledgeable. I enjoyed every second of the tour and appreciate all the local recommendations. Highly recommend this tour to see all the amazing sights of London!
