A call from the company would have been good. Once we were able to get someone to answer the phone call we made They said that they could not confirm our flight number. I am not sure why they did not contact us when our arrival time had come and gone and we waited for an hour hoping to connect with them.

Ride was good. Need to provide more information on location of pickup. We waited around for driver and we had to look for him. Also, need to provide a direct contact phone number for the driver. He was hard to reach.

I missed my connection with the driver. London Heathrow was quite unnerving. I guess next time, I will just schedule my transportation to the hotel when I arrive in LHR instead of advanced scheduling.

Excellent and friendly driver. Only comment I’d make is for written directions from TripAdvisor to be more distinct/bold as to where to go to wait for driver being unfamiliar with airport and arriving quite tired :) I called for clarification and was helped with very friendly service and we were picked up momentarily so no wait.

. Waited for 2 hours for our plane! Went above & beyond. Was a very safe & cautious driver and very friendly. I used them 3 years ago and had a great 1st time experience so I used them again.
