Had tickets for the Yellow and Blue lines as well as the boat trip. Great way to see the sights, especially the ones further out from the city centre. However, the buses do sit at the bus stops for a while and at one point our driver got off for about 10 minutes to go into McDonald’s and get food. Free earphones are provided for you to listen to the guide as you travel around with is a nice edition.

The routes are covering almost all tourist attractions. There’s an app, too - unfortunately it only helps finding the stops but wouldn’t suggest to use it for scheduling any time-sensitive programs. It’s all but reliable.

The weather was bad when we got on the bus, but the driver was kind, and the ride gave us a nice overview of London sights. We stopped in China Town for lunch. The weather cleared, and the the cruise on the Thames was lovely.

This is a great way to see the city and hear the history! The tour guides see very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Buses run frequently and we never had to wait long for one to come by when we’re ready to move on to the next stop.

What a waste of time and money! My husband and I were only in Londo. For a limited time and thought a day spent doing a bus tour would be a great way to see the big sites, even if only from afar. How wrong we were! There are several bus tours and we thought we were buying a "Big Bus" ticket but the guy we bought it from on the street misrepresented himself and we ended up with Toot bus. The drivers spent extended time at the stops, more than was necessary, there were not that many busses, and most importantly, the audio guide was a cheesy advertisement reel for businesses along the route with minimal information on the sights. Between the "guide" commentary they played loud obnoxious music. We know we should have bought our tickets online and then wouldn't have gotten caught by the hawker on the street. That's on us. But the product was by far sub-standard and will make us rethink bus tours altogether in the future.
