We had no problems with the supplier although we didn’t travel with them. It is with La Vacanza Travel and the fact your web site sold the product to us with no indication that an extra fee would be payable because of where we were staying. I have lodge a claim to get a full refund and dispute numerous e mails and attempts to get information about this I have had no response. At this point in time I would rate La Vacanza Travel service poorly!
