The tour was fantastic. Graham was knowledgeable and made the long stretches of driving fly by. We did the Windsor and Stonehenge trip (however we decided to forgo a pub lunch and grab a sandwich on the go to hit Salisbury as well). Graham took care of us at each site with instructions and insider tips. The vehicle was lovely and the caramels delicious!

Had a wonderful time at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle and highly recommend visiting those sites, but note this package is NOT A GUIDED TOUR. Basically it just a driver for the day to take you to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. You NEED TO BY TICKETS TO BOTH IN ADVANCE ON YOUR OWN or there may not be availability the day of and at the time you want which wasn't very clear to me either. Our driver was very nice and on time, but the fact this is listed as a "private guided tour" is misleading. For this reason I would not recommend. Just hire a driver for the day.

We were expecting a guide/driver but instead had a driver. Our driver was very good - and I would give him 5 stars as he got us to both sites and gave us assistance to avoid lines. He was very nice but he was not a guide. When he arrived, he stated that the guide that was supposed to be with him was ill. Not sure I believe that as we were expecting a guide/driver in one - and the seat where this person would have sat was filled with supplies. The drive did offer tour books and an ipad to show you tube videos about the sites but we could have provided that on our own. Again, the driver was good. We just expected more from tour company based on the description of the tour and money paid. I only gave 3 stars because tour company was very responsive when contacted prior to tour about tickets required etc.

This was not a “private guided tour.” Driver didn’t guide us at all. He was basically a private driver who drove us to Windsor, a lunch spot, and then to Stonehedge. Although he was a super nice guy and a great driver (and provided us with waters and kept us on time), we got the sense that he was new to the job. Literally gave us no commentary about what we’re seeing or where we were. And most disappointing was that he dropped us at the back entrance to Stonehedge which resulted in a 20 minute walk to the entrance in the heat. He had no knowledge of where the main entrance was or that there was a whole visiting center where we needed to pick up our actual tickets. He was able to find us at the right pick up spot but we found it strange that we were informing him of the visitors center. This was an expensive day and we expected both driver and private tour. But only got a driver.

Our driver Mo was very nice and took good care of us, driving my family of four people to and from Windsor Castle and Stonehenge so I would call this service "private transportation" but, by no means it was a private GUIDED TOUR. There was no narration or guidance provided, just a few books, water and crackers on board. We had to buy our own tickets to the venues that had no guidance/narration either and we learned about the need of those tickets only a couple of days prior so I was not even able to get the recommended time slots. Thank God, the venues were not very strict about it and let us in no problem. I have a feeling that the company works as a dispatcher that collects orders for tours of all kinds and then delegates those further to any independent drivers with transportation, available on that day. There was a lot of confusion in the morning with the office. The driver arrived on time but with wrong pick up time slot and names. Even though, both parties approached each other several times with travel details, we did not find those matching. All these resulted in a 30 min. delay and unnecessary hustle. After several calls to the office, we got finally matched and took off but it did not have to be this way. I know that London is overloaded with tourists these days, but those are pricy private arrangements and I did not have any problems of the sort with my other local tour providers. So, decide for yourself.
