They will have to announce their arrival to the coach marshal so he can call for the coach/minibus to arrive at the pick-up location.

I’ve used this company several times now but do not know what’s happened! Booked a return to Gatwick for our summer holiday. Transfer there, no issue. Transfer back did not show up. Flight landed at 2am and I had a message via what’s app from the driver saying ‘Hi Kate’ and then nothing after that. I messaged, called, tried ringing 247, no answer! Tried for an hour!!! At 3.30am with a very tired 11 year we called an Uber (which btw was £68 compared to £117) and waited 15 mins further for it to arrive. At 3.37 the 247 driver called me and messaged to ask if I was ready to be picked up! Given the allocated time for pick up was 30 mins after landing at 2am, what was that? Did he nod off to sleep! Very unreliable, not to be trusted. Complained to 247, no real apology or explanation as yet! If you want to get home in the early hours after a long flight, don’t book with this company!

We had transfer set up from Gatwick to Heathrow for a flight the next morning. Our flight was delayed only 15 minutes and id took awhile to get luggage, but I was not worried as our paperwork stated that they would wait 60 minutes for us. We arrived at the pickup point well under 60 minutes and no driver was to be found. I called the operator's number and she first stated that the driver was in the parking lot and to wait. 20 minutes later there was no one there and I called back. I asked for the driver's contact info and she refused to give it and said that he would call me back. Next, I receive a call back from the company that states that they cancelled the trip because we were 30 minutes late but would still be charging us. I pointed out that their paperwork stated that the driver would wait for 60 minutes and he claimed they tried calling me several times (I had no missed calls). We ended up hiring a taxi to take us and our driver said that these shady companies will pull "no shows" if you pay up front and claim they couldn't find you. Total scam. Do not use this service. Never pay up front for a car service from the airport...lesson learned. We filed a complaint and they continued to lie about it and refuse a refund. Criminals.

I had a great time in London with a big group of family friends. We had to hire a minibus because we couldn't fit 10 people in an 8 seater car with lots of luggage. The journey was smooth, it took about 1 and a half hour. Nothing to object on this service.

Do NOT hire this company. Do not be misled by the pretty pictures on this site. It was so bad, I wrote to the company on the way to the airport. The driver arrived LATE. He claimed there was a mix-up with the hotel address. To be fair, our hotel was on a busy street with limited places to pick passengers up. We informed them of this when we called to find out where our car was. Had the driver been on time, I would have refused this car. As it was late, I felt I had no other choice. The car was DIRTY. Inside and out. There was a fuel smell emanating from it to the point it was making me nauseous. We had been taking Uber rides for a week prior to this trip. Every car was clean and polished, showing a level of pride this car and driver will have to work very hard to reach. This is the response I received from this vendor: "Having looked into this booking history, this booking could not be completed by one of our fleet drivers, so a partner company that we work with, Airport Direct, was allocated. The controller on duty confirmed with them that their driver will be there on time and they will send the appropriate car, an estate one. We are extremely sorry for the poor car condition used on this occasion. Also, given the situation that happened and because we value our customers and wish not to lose them, we would like to offer you an extra 10% off your next booking with us, as an attempt to show you how our services really look like in normal circumstances." 10% off the NEXT booking? NEXT booking? Why would one ever CHOOSE to book with this company again? Frankly, your company should be embarrassed. At no time did I feel the the quality of service was what I paid for. You should still be embarrassed by the condition of the car that eventually arrived for us. Disgusting really. We are currently in Athens so cannot use the insignificant reduction on our next trip. And even if we were still in London, I would definitely NOT employ your company again. I also feel it is my responsibility to warn fellow travelers against hiring one of your cars.
