We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. If passengers think they may need longer time to reach arrival hall for an Airport pickup, They must contact us withing 40 minutes of joining immigration line so we can keep their driver waiting.
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel Pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
