We took the tour on March 30th and the crowds at Westminster Abbey were the most the guide had ever seen. Regardless, Jane did an excellent job of moving us through the Abbey and providing information. We also enjoyed the parliament tour and her commentary on the walk to it. Jane did a great job!

Rebecca conducted an absolutely superb Tour of the House of Commons and Lords with wit and knowledge weaving together an immense knowledge of history alongside wonderful anecdotes that brought history alive. Her pace was pitch perfect giving enough history to be easily absorbed and retained. Cannot recommend her and the tour more highly. Thank you

Sue was an excellent guide with tons of great information. Keeping a group together thru the masses of people inside Westminster is no small feat. One thing that Amigo could do better is to group their Abbey-only folks separate from their Abbey-plus-Parliament group. It got very confusing and probably wasted 15 minutes at the start of the tour with the 3 guides trying to ascertain who was signed up for which tour. It's great to have a guide thru the Abbey as there is so much to see - you can miss a lot without a good guide such as Sue.

Guide never showed up. We arrived at the prescribed departure point 30 minutes early and waited over an hour for our guide ....who never appeared. Multiple staff at Westminster told us that Amigo is notorious for guides who don't show up..."almost every day". We booked the tour through La Vacanza Travel who probably is the real culprit here, since the problems with Amigo tours are apparently widely known in London.

Westminster Abbey was beautiful. Richard was great with so many interesting stories. The Abbey is more than a church it’s like a historical archive with so many things to see. Would definitely do again and recommend.
