Loved the ride. The driver was very professional, and patient as the flight was late in getting to the gate. Enjoyed conversing with him.

No one showed up to pick me up. I waited 20 min. No one answered when I attempted calling. I had to take a taxi. Half-way to hotel someone called me and asked where I was. They have not refunded me.

The driver was 30 minutes late and caused me problems getting ready for my meeting. He never texted or called. No apology or anything. I complained to customer service, and they did nothing. They allegedly investigated but never talked to me. I will NEVER use aLa Vacanza Travel again.

We paid a premium for a private transport. We get a shared transport with a van. It took over an hour for us to get to hotel. The driver was nice.
