Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Stonehenge, Salisbury SP4 7DE England

Step back in time 5,000 years as we visit the best-known prehistoric monument in Europe. Take a step inside the reconstructed Neolithic houses, furnished with replica axes, pottery and other artefacts, and listen as our guide brings the fascinating history of Stonehenge to life. Who built Stonehenge? Why was it built? Discover the answer to these questions and learn how it was constructed using rudimental tools and stone from quarries hundreds of miles away. In the world-class exhibition centre, you’ll get the chance to come face-to-face with a 5,500-year-old man and over 250 ancient objects.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Bath, Bath, Somerset, England

Our second stop will be a scenic tour of the historic city of Bath, originally built as a place of well-being and relaxation by the Romans over 2,000 years ago. Home to the country’s only natural thermal hot springs, Bath is a delightful city where the ancient world is intertwined with threads of medieval and more recent Georgian history. Our scenic tour of Bath provides an excellent introduction to the major sights of this beautiful city, including Pulteney Bridge, The Assembly Rooms and Bath Abbey.

Afterwards, you will visit the famous Roman Baths, home to Britain’s only natural thermal hot springs. The Roman Baths themselves are below the modern street level. There are four main features: the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman Bath House and the museum, holding finds from Roman Bath. The buildings above street level date from the 19th century.

We had an amazing tour with Evans & Evans/Driver: David Garcia while in London on business. Traveling for business you tend to be stuck in a conference room most of the time, so my client and I decided to spend sometime out of London and booked a day tour with Evans and Evans. Planning went well and they communicated often, and clearly up until the day of our trip. We received the name of the driver and his number prior to the day of which I appreiciated. The day of, David ran a few minutes late due to heavy traffic but as coincidence would have it, we were running late as well - so we were synced up. We had a very pleasant ride out to Bath (we almost forgot about the two hour journey as we chatted away - it seemed to go quick!). We felt safe with David, and he prepared us for the day. We adjusted our itnerary a little (we stopped by the Salsbury Cathedral for a quick gander at the Magna Carta). A very special thank you to David for convincing me that Stonehenge was worth the trip, and his flexibility was very much appreciated for the day. On my next trip to London, will definitely be looking for his services again to explore other locations outside of the city. Thanks for taking great care for my client and I while visiting.

We learned a lot of information about the places we visited, even when we traveled, from our tour guide Simon, who spoke as clearly that every word we could understood dispite of we are not speak English natively.
