This was a complete waste of money. London pass is over priced compared to every other major city travel card. We had to stand in a general line at Westminster Abbey (and everywhere else), does not make sense. You cannot run from point to point because you are stuck at one venue in a long line. Please take my advice- don't buy this. Purchase tickets directly for each venue instead. Much cheaper and also peace of mind too. I ended up buying tickets individually afterwards.

I totally regretted buying this pass. Although we arrived the tourists spot early in the morning (at 0945) , we were still told that all tickets were sold out in the Westminster. Same thing happened yesterday when we wanted to go to the Tower Bridge. No prior reservations could be made if you are holding a London Pass Totally disappointed for the pass and destroying our mood in London. May I offer a bit of advice, DONT BUY THIS PASSES unless you wanted to waste your money and ruining your mood.

Just buy it through London Pass and save yourself the stress. In theory the pass is great and contained many of the things I wanted to do. HOWEVER. I had nothing but trouble using it. A lot of the major attractions complained that I bought it through La Vacanza Travel stating they are not following the proper procedures for customers. I wish I had never bought it. It was more of a headache than what it was worth.

We had a great experience with the London Pass. There was a mix up with a pre-booked activity that had activated our passes early, before arriving in London. But I called the company and they corrected the error and issued new passes for us. This could have ruined our trip, but instead we had a great week. Thank you for the good customer service.

Good if you want to spend the day running from tourist spot to tourist spot (we did). maybe even good for 2 days if you want to see a lot quickly. In one day, we rode the bus, accessed tower bridge, tower of London, St Pauls cathedral, Shakespeare's globe, and a huge museum. Doing it this way saves money if that us what you want.
