Unfortunately, our driver was 35 minutes late! Although he kept in touch, he should have been aware that the Changing of the Guard would cause road diversions. We got to the airport only 2 hours before boarding and due to long lines arrived at the gate when boarding was in progress. Although he was a safe driver, we were stressed by the time crunch. It was very expensive and we didn’t get what we expected.
