Under Promoted Way to Travel London is by river bus. River buses by Uber are fab and under promoted, you can use your travel cards like Oystercard.

Great times! You can see much more on the boats than in trains or cars. Plus it was more cost-effective. Mr. Notaries was very helpful.

Such amazing service, everyone working was so friendly. Younas went up and beyond helping me. My son has ASD and she really did help, spoke to him calmly made sure we were going the right way. Helped get our ticket so I could focus on my son who was overwhelmed. If we are in London we will definitely be using the Uber Boats due to the staff. Thank you for making our trip so much easier.

Employee who is a supervisor (Don his name ) at Tower Millennium Station. He was extremely rude, did not let us in through the gate even though we had our ticket with QR code( therefore, we missed our boat). He made us wait with people who were buying tickets at that time. Totally waste our time and totally destroyed our trip to see London. As a suggestion, he needs to be trained in customer service and told to keep his face out of customers' faces.. while he was talking rudely, his saliva went on my face which is disgusting! So disappointed with the service received! Very unpleasant experience do to one unqualified employee.

By far the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. Staying in London we thought it would be a good idea to get the boat from London Bridge to the theatre.Big mistake. Payment process is ambiguous and archaic. We had to tap our cards to join queue. Signposting is terrible. The boat came along and people started boarding. We were among the last seven people when the chap on the boat just said "no more i'm late". We could clearly see that there was plenty of seats on boat. It would have taken 30 seconds to get us on board. The boat man was thoroughly obnoxious. The lady on pier was apologetic and confirmed that there were seats on boat.We did not have time to wait 30 mins for next boat. Lady there working said best she could do was if we tapped again but it would cost £2 each. We decided to cut lisses. But guess what it turns out they charged £21. Disgusting. Please think very carefully before using it. I am sure it is ok if you are not on a timescale. If you are prepare to pay a lot of money for nothing. Atrocious.
