Very bad quality boat, looked old and in bad condition, old and not well maintained. Not accepting credit card on board. UBER boats are much better for this time of cruises.

The boat commentary made the whole trip live. The mix of history and modern made it educational and very interesting.

I thought the captain’s commentary and insight made it so much more enjoyable. Also importantly, he knew when to balance with silence to let us enjoy the moment - rather than uncomfortably filling the silence on when there wasn’t much to view. The onboarding and departure were very well organized, especially when dealing with the crowds of excitable people. It was an overall excellent experience!

This is a great way to see London! Very reasonably priced and worthwhile! The guide (captain) gave us a lot of interesting information, though it was not marketed as a tour.
