Overall a must do - beautiful views (especially if a clear day which we got). Train rides were nice. The guide use for mostly to make sure we got on the right trains, else no use of a guide. While the trip was great, it was a little rushed; not much time to eat at the beautiful restaurant that is on the 2nd floor; did not get much time to explore and take pictures at places like Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The entire trip is really to be at Jungfrau. I would do this again, but perhaps not leverage a tour and do it on your own.

Amazing!!! The bus ride goes quickly (although disappointed that the bus was late due to traffic and they didn't make up the lost tour time - they should have asked if people were ok with staying later). Ice cream stop is always wonderful! The views on the mountain were stunning! You Got to walk out onto the mountain in multiple areas, we went zip lining, food etc. It was crowded though. Need 3+ hours up there to really experience it which we were tight on. Highly recommend!

Our guide Fernandes was exceptional. He pointed out the views as we approached which were exceptional. If you are blessed to have him as your guide your experience will be exceptional

I thought we would be going to Grindelwald & Lauterbrunnen, but we didn't. We were only in Lauterbrunnen to get off the train and on the bus. I was very disappointed by this because those are the places that I really wanted to see. Jungfraujoch was interesting. It was a long process to get up there and extremely crowded once there. It was completely covered in clouds when we first got up there, but the clouds did break after a little while.I did not go out on platform 9 (i think), because it didn't seem safe walking on all that ice and snow. People were having problems. And the same for the glacier cave. In other glacier caves, they have had floor coverings so you don't slide. Here there weren't any. Overall, I'm glad I did it. I would not do it again. I would book a tour to the towns I wanted to see, which is what I thought I was booking here.

We went on this tour on May 9, 2023. It took us almost four hours to get there and there was not much to see or do at the top of the mountain- it was cold, windy, and foggy. However, we were told we’d stay there for three hours. It was very crowded with not enough places to sit; people were sitting on the floor, everyone looking bored and exhausted. Then after that part was over, we embarked on a three hour journey home. A complete waste of time and money. Maybe on a warm sunny day it would have been better, but even then I don’t see enough activities on “Top of Europe” to justify spending a whole day getting there and back
