Day 1: Lucknow to Lumbini & later stay in Gorakhpur
Stop At: Lumbini Monastic Site, Taulihawa Road, Lumbini 32914 Nepal
We will pick you from your Lucknow hotel in the early morning itself and get driven to Lumbini (07 hours drive). Visit over 25 international Buddhist monasteries, study Buddhism, meditation and visit Buddha's birthplace itself within the sacred Mayadevi Gardens!
Mayadevi Temple is one of the important sites in the Lumbini Garden with many historians and archaeologists referring to it as the place of birth of Lord Buddha. Inscriptions on the Ashoka Pillar also refers the spot as his birthplace. It is said that here the newly born Prince took his first seven steps and gave a peace message to humanity.
Evening get driven to Gorakhpur for an overnight stay in a home-stay. Enjoy the cozy stay with a warm Indian family and home cooked Veg meal.
Note: Tourists must Apply for multi entry Indian visa from thier home country since they will returning to indian side after visiting the nepalese side. Nepal visa they can get easily at the spot by paying approx USD 30 Per person

Day 2: Gorakpur to Lucknow
Stop At: Gorakhnath Temple, NH-29A, Gorakhnath 4 Km From Railway Station, Gorakhpur India
Morning visit to Famous hindu pilgrim center of Gorakhnath.

Stop At: Parinirvana Stupa, Kushinagar India
After visiting Gorakhnath temple, Later get driven to Kushinagar (02 hours drive) ,Attractions Nirvana Stupa and temple - This stupa made of bricks, stands at a height of 2.74 meter. The excavations leading to the finding of the copper vessel and the Brahmi inscription on it proving the matter that Buddhas ashes were buried in the pace, made this place a suddenly important destination for all Buddhists devotees. Besides, the huge reclining statue of Buddha in the temple is also very attractive. Mahaparinirvana temple - This is more than 6 meters long statue of reclining Buddha. The image was unearthed during the excavations of 1876. Carved from Chunar sandstone, the statue represents the dying Buddha reclining on his right side. Finally We will drop you back to your Lucknow hotel in the evening itself
