Tour operator did a fantastic job, everything was excellent specially the weather during that day. Overall its really worth every penny, rather than driving better to join the group and rest on your way to Toledo and Segovia. I love every minute of our stay.

Both Toledo and Segovia are worth seeing. The guides are friendly. Segovia hands down was amazing. Two issues: 1. In Toledo they bring you to a sword factory never mentioned and wasted close to an hour in a tourist trap and then you got so little time in Toledo. Segovia was better (no tourists stops) great walking tour. Again wish we got more time to explore

Although we really liked the cities and the travel guides, the journey between Madrid and Toledo was quite scary, as the bus driver was visibly dozing off. Fortunately, some other tourists who were sitting near the driver noticed and started talking to him, to keep him awake. When I arrived in Toledo, I reported the fact to our local guide and she informed me that on the way from Toledo to Segovia there would be another driver. The second driver wasn't napping, but he was typing something on his cell phone the entire time, which also worried us.

The 2 tour guides (one in Toledo and one in Segovia) were absolutely useless… the worst we have ever experienced. They spoke too quickly, gave no meaningful information and their audio was almost impossible to hear. The tour did not include entry to the cathedral or the alcazar in either city
