This is a unique opportunity to explore traditional culture and cuisine. Lola’s cooking studio is located inside a municipal market, giving her access to the freshest ingredients to cook with. The studio is an open space where the kitchen joins the dining room, giving you ample space to enjoy a hands-on cooking experience. During your cooking class learn to cook traditional Spanish recipes, so that you can take the flavors of Spain with you back home! You will learn to cook four dishes from scratch, two tapas, a paella and a cod dish. Learn cooking techniques and culinary traditions as you cook with Lola before you sit down at the table to share the meal you helped prepare.
Your meal may include dishes such ensaladilla rusa, a very Spanish salad translated as Russian salad; croquetas de jamón, the essential Spanish ham croquettes, arroz negro, a type of paella and ajoarriero cod, with a lot of vegetables.
