Despite 2 calls to the local operator, it took well over a hour for someone to find us at the arrival hall. We were then taken to the parking garage and introduced to our driver who did not know where we’re going so we had to show him on our phone. The car was also about a 10 year old BMW. Would not recommend using the service through La Vacanza Travel in Madrid. We had a great experience through La Vacanza Travel in Lisbon.
