Marta was a great guide! She gave us a lot of history and helped us get a sense of the origins of Madrid. We walked all around the Royal Palace and then into some of the oldest neighborhoods. Warm and kind, she gets bonus points from me because she helped me find a store where I could have some train tickets printed. Beyond the call of duty but incredibly helpful! Perfect start to our stay in Madrid.
