Do you want to learn how to make the best Spanish Tapas from a professional chef? We will cook together: ham croquettes, Russian salad, black rice, potato omelet and more... The menu can vary in function of the available seasonal products or the chef's inspiration. Wanna try?

In the end, we will taste our creations, talk about Madrid, places to visit and everything that comes up. Loleo is a perfect space to enjoy cooking, share experiences and even practice new languages. Previous cooking knowledge is not required, just bring your good energy and lots of appetite. We hope you join us!

    Chef Lola is not only an experienced chef she is a great teacher, engaging and fun. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. I have already made all four for my family and they have enjoyed them.

    This was an excellent experience. Chef gave us four hours of her time, and there was not a moment that we felt bored! Went through with my family of 4, 2 teenage children. They were thoroughly entertained. The food was excellent and we learned a lot about the food culture in Spain. Essentially we cooked tapas and paella. Wine was served throughout dinner along with water. We recommend this highly, and if we return to Spain, we will make sure to book this again!

    I would highly recommend this cooking experience. I learnt so much, had a very enjoyable evening and got to eat the delicious food we'd cooked. It was relaxed, informal and a lot of fun. Can't wait to try the recipes again when I get home.

    Each time we travel internationally, we try to book a cooking class. This one was one of our favorites. The communication from the chef herself, from even before we booked to the day of the booking was outstanding. She is a true professional who also made the experience fun while we learned.
