Our AWARD WINNING Sunset & Shipwreck tour is a 2 hour scenic tour focusing on the coastal area between Nelly Bay and Cockle Bay on Magnetic Island. Our destination is the SS "City of Adelaide" shipwreck where her story will be shared as you enjoy the sunset, birdlife and a magical experience you will never forget.

Scenery, birdlife, stories, local art and history all in the one beautiful tour.

What made this an excellent trip was that our tour guide, Adam, told the story of the wreck and as a life long Maggie resident, told stories of his adventures on the wreck. Adam waited for the prefect sunset too, he wasn’t in a hurry to end the tour and we all had a terrific experience.

This was a highlight of our stay at Magnetic Island this year! We have been coming to Maggie since 2012 so we were looking for something different to do. Adam was a great host and told us many things that we never knew about the island. Add to this a perfect sunset, the amazing bird life and spending time around the shipwreck - it’s a fantastic experience. Thanks Adam for a very special evening!

Having done the snorkelling / circumnavigation tour and loving it the next day we booked the Sunset Tour to SS Adelaide shipwreck and bird observation- great Tour, the history of the wreck’s past was a highlight.
