Our server was lovely and went above and beyond for us, the food was amazing. We had boneless wings and nachos and then a burger and fajitas. The issue we had was over the transparency of cost, for example I asked for the guacamole to be used with my nachos, and then when the fajitas came, kept the same guacamole as we had not used it all. When the bill came, I’d been changed £4.95 for the guacamole even though it comes with the fajitas. We discussed this with our server the bill came and he apologised but couldn’t do anything about it and said that is how much guacamole costs, even though I didn’t use the one from the fajitas as I said I’d keep this one. I’ve never been anywhere where a portion of guacamole costs £4.95. If our server had been transparent about the costs I’d have just said I’ll use the one that comes with the fajitas and not have to pay £4.95.

Our food, the atmosphere and the service we received does not warrant this price tag. I had the vegetarian burger and it was the exact burger they serve in McDonald's. It's a nice burger, but when I tipped my fries onto my plate, it also looked like a Maccies meal. The plates from our starters and sides stayed our table for the duration of our main meal. We had to pile them up ourselves, so we had room on the table. The servers were attentive overall but they appeared to be understaffed. They were really polite and helpful. One of our party has an allergy and they went over and above to ensure that he had what he needed. Being Mothers' Day, perhaps it was busier than usual.

Booked and paid for the super bowl experience. We turned up at 9.15pm and was seated and had drinks and food and at 10.45pm we were then informed that hard rock cafe will now not be showing the super bowl game as they had not had approval to stay open late. Had to then leave and find somewhere else to watch the game at 11pm. Before we left we also did not get a view of the big screen which was very poor even if we had been able to watch the game there not having a view of the big screen would have been a huge let down as well.

As always amazing service. My vegan burger was the best I have tasted it was sooooo tasty. Andy our waiter was incredible. He was happy to help. Chatty and fun. Once he knew we were visiting he gave us the incredible recommendation for Speak in Code.

An old concept and starting to look a little dated. Bouncy happy servers, but not got the style to carry it off. The tables are also a bit packed in, and its a little awkward to move around. The food was quite nice, very out of a bag; cook, plate, and add sauce or salad, with the prawns being the most obvious (and a little cold). I had a mixed fajita, and it was not too bad, but the steak was a little cool. You get generous portions, but there is a price tag for that. Would I go again? - yes, but not by choice.
