Our experience with Mohammed(Babala)was amazing.He was very friendly and welcomed us to have an insight in the villages and the way of life of other individuals.We absolutely loved the day I would recommend.His English was perfect!

Camel ride was good and lasted for maybe 20mins. I’ve done camel rides in Dubai which have been for 10meters there and back. Mountains are nice with good views. Waterfall is nothing special but nice walk nonetheless. Lovely view from the spot for lunch which is a small fee for the good food. Traditional house was interesting with some tea, bread and dips. Main downside is there is a lot of driving.

The waterfall was about a 20 minute walk, for some of it you needed to be quite agile and have good balance. It was ok for me but I could see others where weren’t that comfortable. When we got to the waterfall it was only around 15-20m high, very unimpressive. We stopped in the middle of nowhere for the camel ride. It was literally 10 minutes along the top of an old disused quarry, by the look of it, with no facilities and nothing else around. We just seemed to stay at quite a low altitude in the mountain range, which was very disappointing. The only good thing was lunch.

My favorite part was getting to ride the camels, and our tour guide Ussf was so kind and accommodating to us.

We loved this trek. I didn't realise we were going to be going so up into the mountain villages so should have worn better footwear but had an excellent time seeing the mountain and the people of the mountain. Our guide was excellent and gave us all the information we needed and provided mint tea and popcorn as a snack for all of us. The waterfall was also beautiful. Would highly recommend this and great value for price.
