Staff is really profesional and kind. It was best adventure on Mauritius. Hopefully we will come back soon and dive again.
We’ve done our Padi Open Water Diver with the team, plus one dive afterwards, which all were very exciting for us. According to the program we‘ve started with the pool dive followed by dives in the open water at different, really cool slots. Our instructors Olivier and Benoire were really patient and have given us time and tips to feel comfortable under water. In general groups were small with 6 divers on the boat (mixed with experienced onces). All of the guys and also the office team were very kind and funny, resulting in a very good time. It was one of our best experience of our vacation. If you want to learn diving, thats the spot!
We were first time divers at the time of booking so you can imagine how exciting the attraction was for us. 6 of us were on the boat waiting to dive in the ocean with 4 supervisors. Good sense of humour throughout the session, we laughed so much. So we were the newbies, the others were experienced so they could go straight away under water after the initial checks.. Our teacher Lokheet was so patient, made us comfortable for our first dive, taught everything from hand signs to equalisation, breathing, troubleshooting. He never left us unsupervised when in the water, there was not a moment when we did feel uncomfortable. After the lesson we spent almost an hour in the water. It was one of our best experience on the island. If you want to learn diving don't hesitate where to start, it's gonna be the perfect team for you.
We looked at lots of diving schools here in Mauritius and chose tamarin based on the great reviews, it did not disappoint!! We were a group of five women diving for the first time and the instructors were wonderful, we felt so comfortable and looked after! They were friendly and knowledgable and the entire experience was wonderful ☺️ thank you!
