Both of our tour reservations cancelled at last minute. Terrible service. Still waiting on refund. Don't advertise a service and ask for advance payment if you can't do the job.

We received multiple emails confirming our meeting spot, but then also received one email with a different location. Causing us to lose an hour of our only day in Melbourne. Then our guide took us on his predetermined route where he quickly walked by things and checked off his list. He gave us false information on several occasions. We didn’t see any particular unique things. The whole tour could’ve been done on our own.
