Our guide met us at the port. Guided us into the city.then took us on a 3 hr tour slow and easy as he gave us wonderful insights into Melbourne. We really learned a lot and had plenty of time.

First there was major confusion about where we were meeting even though we were going to the location of our TripAdvisor confirmation. Next our tour guide was French and had only lived in Melbourne for 2 years. He had a heavy French accent that was very hard to understand at times. He kept asking us questions about Melbourne and wanting us to guess the answer? He was obsessed with getting us our card for the tram even though we told him repeatedly that we would take care of it ourselves. We ended the tour an hour early.

Daniel (Matoso) did a great job of tailoring the tour to our requirements. He drove us to different parts of the city. We then parked and he led us to various sites while providing information along the way. He spent an hour more with us than what was scheduled.
