Initially the tour was just for the museum as the theatre could not be accessed due to filming. While touring the museum there was a break in filming and we were allowed access, which was wonderful. The tour guide was very good and both aspects of the tour - museum and theatre interior - were informative and very enjoyable.

I believed that I had booked the La Scala tour for November 5, but the tickets said November 3. When I contacted you via email asking for help, there was no response. Very disappointing. Now you are asking me to rate my experience. I would like a refund to my credit card due to your ignoring my plea for help.
A good small tour. There was only 3 of us. Frabicco was very good and efficient. It was a good tour. He did talk fast, but with it being so small we did not have to have headsets.
Siamo stati qui con una visita guidata organizzata dal mio CRAL aziendale ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Il Teatro si vede solo dai palchetti per pochi minuti ma il museo è davvero bello e merita sicuramente una visita. Consiglio però di farsi accompagnare da una guida che potrà spiegarvi al meglio tutta la storia del teatro e dei suoi artisti. Prossima tappa la visita al teatro vero e proprio!
