Great way the orientate yourself around the City. Highly recommended. Just be aware that traffic is crazy and by the end of the day the fumes can be bad

Audio does not work on any of the buses. Basically, you are getting a ride around Milan. The vehicle is very dirty. Do NOT sit on the bottom.. it is a miserable experience.

Somewhat informative. Biggest issue was finding the stops to catch the busses. Did more walking than should have. If you get off to visit something it was hard to find a bus if you were not getting back on same bus. Good idea that could be improved with detailed maps

Absolutely terrible, a complete shambles. No buses untill 1.40pm due to a marathon happening, wish they had told us prior to booking!!!! When the buses did start we waited at 2 different stops and no buses came. Used the live app and they were mostly stuck in the same location. Will be going back to Big Bus in the future. Also struggling to get a refund for this.
