The impressive mountain scenery and the beautiful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land will definitely fascinate you. A special bus and lift take you up to the Kehlsteinhaus at an altitude of 1,834m where you will be rewarded with spectacular views.
Our guide will give a comprehensive summary of the historical events and answer any questions. Afterwards, we will have a short stop in the town of Berchtesgaden.
The return journey via the German alpine road shows you the impressive valleys of Bavaria.
In the event of bad weather conditions (fog, ice, snow) which make a trip up to the Kehlsteinhaus impossible, we offer the visit of the Berchtesgaden salt mines as an alternative.

Visit the Dokumentationszentrum Obersalzberg, a museum providing information about the use of the mountainside retreat by Nazi leaders.

Well after a failed attempt in 2019 to get here due to snow i was grateful to once again have a chance to get to the top for the view. After meeting the bus (was easy to find on the street in Munich) we boarded with a full tour and set off down the road. Was good to look at the views of the mountains as we drove. Our guide was very good, she explained what was going to happen and when. We arrived at the base where we had to change buses to get up the mountain but was well worth it. Tour groups to these are a better idea than just arriving and trying to go up. And of course upon arrival at the top i was blown away. What a view. This is a bucket list trip that i can now tick off. It made for a long day but really i could not fault our guide. Well done

The tour was the highlight of our trip to Munich and Bavaria. Our guide Marien was wonderful. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She provided lots of valuable information about Munich as well as Berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. The views from the Eagles Nest were spectacular. We were fortunate that we had sunny weather and could see all the way to Salzburg. The Documentation Center at the base was extremely interesting and well worth a visit. The lunch at the base of the mountain was excellent. My wife and I had the plate du hour which was one of the better meals we had on our trip for less than 10 euros. A fantastic day. I highly recommend this trip.

Location, effort, resources, extremeness and human manpower to achieve the work by so many under those conditions for the end user of the time was a feat of circumstance which exudes compassion and sensitivity.

This tour would be great for anyone, but especially for history buffs. The sites on the Obersalzberg from Hitler's elevator to the Eagles Nest itself were terrific. Berchtesgaden is a charming town and it was very nice to have some time there.
