Overview

Choosing to do a bike tour around Munich is a relaxed way to enjoy the beauty of the old city and venture further out to explore the park, university district and palace gardens.

We start the tour at the central train station and take a ride around the old city. Then we make our way through one of the biggest city parks in the world, ‘The English Garden’ and stop for a Bavarian lunch at a beer garden. We finish the tour by watching the famous surfers of Munich then continue back to the main station via a different route through the old city.

During the stop you will learn about everything from Origins to Architecture, Kings to Castles and Culture.

The bike tour runs from April to September and lasts 3 hours including a 30 minute lunch break. We take all ages as long as you can ride a bike safely. Half of the tour will be on bike lanes and the rest is a mix between road riding and gravel paths in the park.

Bike rental is to be paid on the day at the bike shop - 12€ per person.
