Just as I thought, I bought a round trip transfer service from and back to Munich airport and the return voucher wasn’t valid. I had to buy a one-way ticket from the driver the morning of my departure. The kicker is, I spoke via WhatsApp to a La Vacanza Travel rep about my concern and was assured the return voucher would be accepted. Nope. Do Not buy this service!

My driver left my bag on the sidewalk at a stop before mine. I noticed and put my bag on the bus. However, my phone fell out while loading the bag. The next bus driver found my phone and returned it to me at the main train station.

Two things; - the drives were both rude and not helpful. - the 2nd driver did not accept the ‘Return’ transfer and we were forced to buy another 2 one-way transfers. I will be seeking a refund!

We were coming back from our vacation in Athens so we parked 9min away from the airport and at the parking lot the bus picked us up and he completely missed our stop so we had to take a different bus to our stop and then we had to walk back to the car.So if you are heading to the airport in Munich just take a cab!!!!🙄🙄
