Our driver was amazing. Our flight was 6 hours delayed and He waited for us till 10 pm when we landed and took us to our hotel in sorrento. Very nice Mercedes vehicle.

We had a great chat with our driver and he share many interesting things about the area. We felt like we were on a tour of the area instead of just a transfer. So much easier than trains and so much more fun!

We were waiting at the airport for 45 minutes waiting for this service while everyone else was going to their rides that were ready to pick them up. This nice gentleman from another company saw how long we were waiting and asked us who our service was. When I said Project Napoli he looked around, said he didn't see the drivers from there, and called. They didn't know they had to pick us up and had to send someone! I had gone to the help desk who then called the company themselves. The company told them that he was waiting outside in the car and would be in shortly. They told us to go to the white desk and wait for him. 10 minutes later he walked in and we were called to go back to the other desk. He acted as if nothing was wrong and my husband even said "Where were you!?" he responded with " It's okay" and kept walking to the car. This driver had us walk to the car and then 10 minutes into his drive he told us that another driver was supposed to pick us up but they switched drivers. You mean to tell us it took all that time for you to give an explanation? Also, when we were stuck in traffic he was texting on his phone- very unprofessional. I will note that we had another driver pick us up for our return because we had already booked it in advance. This driver was prompt, had arrived early, was kind, and tried to converse with us. Unfortunately the first driver ruined the experience for us but the second, an older gentleman made up for it.
