Itinerary
Aerial yoga fuses stretching style exercises, strength training, balance, and posture work. These classes are for beginners who’re looking for something outside of the normal gym workout. You don’t need any prior experience. This aerial yoga class is taught by Arjun & Shaan who are professional aerial yoga teachers. They have been teaching aerials for more than a decade and they’re amazing.
In the case of a Private class, it will be only you / your group that will be taking the class.
