Day 2: Day Trip to Ajanta Caves

Take a Day Trip to the Ajanta Caves. It is about 110 KM/ 70 miles and takes about 3 hours one way.
The Ajanta Caves is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is approximately 30 rock-cut Buddhist cave monuments, which date from the 2nd century to about 480 CE. The caves include numerous paintings and rock-cut sculptures. These are undoubtedly some of the finest surviving examples of ancient World art.
The caves were built in two phases. While the first phase started around the 2nd century BCE, the second phase was built around 400–650 CE.

Day 3: Ellora Caves: Exploring the Hindu, Jain and Buddhists caves
Stop At: Ellora Caves, Ellora Cave Rd Ahead of Hiranya Reosrts, Aurangabad 431005 India
Ellora Caves is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the largest rock-cut monastery-temple cave complexes in the world. The caves feature Hindu, Buddhist and Jain monuments artwork, which dates from the 600–1000 CE period. There are a total of about 100 caves

Bibi Ka Maqbara is a gorgeous monument, famous for being a replica of the Taj Mahal.

Stop At: Daulatabad Fort, Mh Sh 22, Daulatabad 431002 India
If you have time, you can visit this 6th century CE fort. It provides a panoramic view of the surrounding region
