This was one of the most unique experiences ever! Our nonprofit board gathered in-person to make paneer masala, aloo ghobi, and paratha, while Chef Neha instructed us from her kitchen in Delhi. We were provided detailed ingredient lists in advance and live step-by-step instructions (and tips and tricks) to help our group co-create an amazing meal. Everyone was truly impressed with Chef Neha's knowledge and expertise. Will definitely be working with Saffron Palate again!
My husband and I enjoyed our class with Neha tremendously! Neha is an excellent instructor, explains everything beautifully, accommodated both our diets....vegan and traditional meat eater. The food was outstanding! We will definitely take another class ...it was a lovely, lovely experience!
I actually did two cooking classes with Saffron Palate, one in person and the second was a special hybrid class with me in person and my family on zoom. Neeha was extremely flexible and hospitable giving me tips for traveling around India and also putting a lot of effort into the hybrid class and menu. The hybrid class went off perfectly - Neeha is amazing with the technology and set up and put a lot of effort into advance instructions and prep to ensure all went well. She explains the dishes both from cultural and culinary perspectives and gives very clear and understandable instructions. A fantastic experience - both times!!!
This was an awesome experience and the food was delicious! Neha is really flexible and was understanding of us needing to change the date of our class last minute. She also provided substitutions for dietary restrictions and if we couldn’t find the correct spice.
Of course my favourite part was getting to eat the beautiful meal with my family. Neha was so well organized, and had a lot of tips and interesting knowledge and history of our recipe. The ingredients were very easy to obtain. She coached us through the food preparation from start to finish, and had lots of tips for us to. ensure the flavours were perfect. I really enjoyed the experience, and it was much easier to prepare than I imagined. Thank-you Neha!
