This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Aditti is a single parent and lives alone as both her children Hunar and Prapti are studying and living abroad. She grew up helping her grandmother in the kitchen, making simple meals for her family. Join Aditti in her kitchen to learn how to make 2-3 authentic Mughlai dishes, known for its richness from cream, butter, whole spices, dried fruits and nuts. You may learn to make aloo achari (spicy potatoes) and korma (a curry consisting of meat or vegetables braised in a spiced sauce made with yogurt, cream and nuts) or a seasonal vegetable and roti (Indian flat bread).
