Salamat was very cooperative in changing the tour to be just a half day. Our guide Ash and driver Prabhash were very good and gave us a good introduction to the old and new areas of the city. Just being driven through the busy areas of Delhi is a memorable experience.

This is a good tour to take if you have a limited time in Delhi. I was promptly picked up at my hotel by Birender and met up with Raj, the tour guide. Raj was very knowledgeable about the city and he provided a good overview and highlights of the old and new Delhi. We also went to the Gandhi museum which was an enlightening experience.

After doing the Taj Mahal tour the day before, my companion and I immediately knew it would be significantly more efficient, informative, and fun to traverse Delhi with a guide. Ankush was a wonderful tour guide who was patient and knowledgeable and made the day memorable and fun. Considering we set the tour up with such little notice, we were grateful and beyond thrilled with our experience!

This tour makes Delhi a delight to experience! I was picked up (and drop of) at the airport, perfect for my 14h stopover on my way to Sri Lanka. The car was nice and w AC. The driver made all the transport hassle free. I got to see all the stops, and the house with Gandi memorial as a bonus. It was a really unique experience to see "wedding street" from a bike-taxi. Also I shopped some spices in a shop with large selection. The guide has extensive knowledge about historic events and the sights. Hi is happy to answer any questions, and to costumize the trip. Picked up on time from hotel. As a more mature lady I was a bit concerned about being out alone but the driver and the tour guide put me at ease right away. Kishor was informative and liked to be asked questions. Had the most amazing experience. I knew it was going to be that I had to pay for monument entrance fees but wasn't aware that UNESCO sites charge a wee bit more. Had to stop at an ATM. Having been to Mumbai, earlier that week, it was not an issue so be aware to carry some rupees. My disappointment was at the end of the tour when I was taken to a factory, that sold everything Indian. The staff were all over me like a rash as I entered. As soon as I said I hadn't come on the trip to by a $1500 dollar rug, they dropped me like a hot potato. I did buy some gifts but they basically turned the lights off as I left. When I entered, they told me I would be met on each floor, by a friendly member of staff to show me their various gifts etc. When I left they never even looked at me when I said thank you. Spoiled a brilliant day :{ Maybe I am picky....if you want to buy your gifts it is a good opportunity and good prices, but as I live in Asia, I do not want, or need, to buy from them. If you are travelling from overseas this place may be just what you are looking for. Unfortunately it wasn't my cuppa tea.
